Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and candidates, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Prepare recruitment reports, job adverts, candidate profiles, and other HR documentation.
Handle large volumes of tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Coordinate foreign placement procedures and documentation requirements.
Maintain precise candidate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Make informed decisions independently and problem-solve efficiently.
Utilize HR software, digital tools, and computer applications to enhance workflow and productivity.
Support company operations and contribute to overall organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Human Resources or recruitment (experience in foreign placement is a strong advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy: MS Office, email management, database systems, and online recruitment platforms.
Ability to work long hours when necessary and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Creative, resourceful, and self-driven.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
