Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
2. Build, strengthen, and maintain strong client and partner relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
3. Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business development documents.
4. Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategic planning and identify new opportunities.
5. Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and productive working environment.
6. Manage procurement processes and maintain accurate inventory of office supplies, equipment, and company materials.
7. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, staff activities, and travel arrangements as needed.
8. Lead marketing and communication activities, including managing social media, executing campaigns, and coordinating design materials.
9. Support sales efforts through pitching, networking, timely follow-ups, and maintaining updated records.
10. Ensure smooth administrative support through proper documentation, record- keeping, and engagement with service providers, while professionally handling client feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in business development, office management, sales, or similar roles.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
